The villa was very comfortable and well-equipped – we particularly appreciated the kitchen facilities and well-stocked drinks fridge. We loved that the twin bedroom had a lockable entrance next to the other master bedroom – often bedrooms in large villas can be quite far from each other, and with two young children, this arrangement was perfect for us. We would return to the villa just for the pool alone – it was huge and clean and perfect for relaxing

This was the most luxurious place our party had ever stayed. The pool was huge, at approximately 25m, and the living area / kitchen was equally expansive. The grounds were beautiful and really well-maintained. Each room had its own massive bathroom and wardrobes. The villa staff were very friendly and helped with every request we had. We just loved it!

Villa Mimpi Nyata is a beautiful, convenient home for 2 families or a group of friends. The main room with the kitchen, dining room, living room, pool table, and TV area is amazing. All of the bedrooms are also incredible, and the pool is fantastic. We will definitely return in the future.

To ensure a seamless and serene stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following villa guidelines. These are designed to protect the beauty of the property and the peace of our neighborhood.
- Checkin is from 2:00 PM
- Checkout is at 11:00 AM
- Early checkin or late checkout is subject to availability and can only be confirmed on the day.
- Guaranteed early checkin can be arranged by securing the night before.
- Please treat the villa with care and keep furnishings, décor, and amenities in good condition.
- Furniture must not be moved to protect floors, walls, and guest safety.
- Any damage, stains, or breakages should be reported immediately so we can assist.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Visitors are welcome during the day but must leave by 10:00 PM.
- Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered number of guests are not permitted.
- Villa Mimpi Nyata is located in a peaceful residential area.
- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
- No loud music, DJ equipment, or speakers facing outdoors.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- Please use ashtrays provided and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
- The pool does not have a lifeguard or fence — children must be supervised at all times.
- No glassware around the pool area.
- Please dry off before entering indoor spaces to avoid slips.
- Guests are welcome to use the kitchen respectfully.
- Please store food properly and keep surfaces clean to avoid attracting insects.
- Private chef services can be arranged upon request.
- Daily housekeeping is provided.
- Please allow staff access during their scheduled hours.
- Extra cleaning or linen changes can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Pool cleaning takes place every morning to ensure the water remains clean, clear, and safe for swimming.
- Gardening is carried out three times per week, focusing on trimming, sweeping, and maintaining the tropical landscaping.
- Staff work quietly and respectfully and will never enter indoor spaces without permission.
- We understand that accidents can happen. If anything is damaged or broken during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Any property breakages or damages may be charged to cover repair or replacement costs.
- Wear and tear is expected — we only charge for avoidable or significant damage.
- Please lock doors and secure personal belongings when leaving. Exterior CCTV monitors entrances and outdoor spaces while respecting privacy inside the villa.
- We also have a professional night security team on duty daily from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Please turn off lights, airconditioning, and fans when not in use.
- Towels are replaced upon request to reduce water usage.
- Be mindful of water consumption, especially during dry season.
- Lost keys or remotes incur a replacement charge of Rp300,000 per item due to security protocols and recutting requirements.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
- The villa is not liable for accidents caused by misuse of facilities.
